  • Translate business objectives into practical technical solutions
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Sales, and other internal stakeholders
  • Record business requirements through process flows, entity diagrams, and related technical documentation
  • Manage Epics and User Stories across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Evaluate and compare solution options against business requirements
  • Keep technical documentation accurate and up to date
  • Refine requirements and help teams deliver new features
  • Define non-functional requirements covering scalability, performance, and security
  • Use data analysis with stakeholders and technical teams to test assumptions
  • Convert complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions
  • Define and document system integration approaches
  • Support testing and user acceptance testing by preparing and reviewing test cases
  • Examine complex datasets to generate insights and support data-informed decisions
  • Help shape automation and non-functional testing strategies
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Apply SQL to basic reporting, aggregations, calculations, and summaries
  • Support Sales, Product, and other internal teams with RFPs, demonstrations, and proofs of concept
  • Participate in release management activities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of modelling standards such as UML, DFD, ERD, and system architecture diagrams
  • Experience with requirements engineering and business process modelling
  • Familiarity with Agile software development practices
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Based in, or able to relocate without sponsorship to, Poland, Spain, or Romania
  • Authorized to work in the current country of residence without sponsorship
