Senior Software Engineer, Go and AWS Multi-Region
Maintain production applications across multi-region AWS environments as a backend Go developer at Jobsity, a Latin American nearshore staffing partner. Troubleshoot deployments and contribute to CI/CD and cloud operations.

- Help deploy applications across multiple AWS regions
- Diagnose application and deployment problems
- Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support dependable deployments
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
- Work with containerized, cloud-native applications
- Help meet application availability, resilience, and disaster recovery needs
- Investigate issues spanning application and cloud environments
- Partner with the Tech Lead on technical decisions
- Contribute to the wider multi-region architecture without owning it

- Practical experience with multi-region AWS environments where the same application runs in at least two regions
- Experience operating, diagnosing, or supporting multi-region applications to meet availability, resilience, and disaster recovery needs
- Strong software development skills in Go, Python, and Node.js
- Experience with production applications
- Able to diagnose application problems and work directly in the codebase
- Comfortable working with infrastructure and DevOps teams
- Practical AWS experience with cloud-native applications in production
- Understanding of application deployment and operations across regions
