  • Advise clients on IAM strategy, governance, and transformation.
  • Turn business needs into IAM architectures and delivery roadmaps.
  • Run discovery sessions, architecture assessments, and technical workshops.
  • Present and explain architecture decisions to technical and executive audiences.
  • Ensure IAM solutions support enterprise security strategies.
  • Mentor engineers and analysts.
  • Record architecture decisions and help develop reusable patterns, standards, and practice capabilities.

  • Bring 15–20 or more years of IAM experience, including substantial architecture and solution design work.
  • Have hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions across IGA, PAM, Access Management, Federation, MFA, and CIAM.
  • Have experience with SailPoint, Okta, Ping, Saviynt, CyberArk, and Active Directory.
  • Understand IAM integrations, APIs, and automation, including PowerShell, Python, and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
  • Have designed IAM solutions in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments.
  • Bring consulting or professional services experience.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes.
  • Have led IAM engagements involving architecture and implementation.
  • Show strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Be able to lead technical discussions and reach decisions across diverse teams.
  • Have experience in client-facing consulting roles.
