Demonstrated success in real estate sales, with at least two years of experience in the UAE market.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Effective negotiation and closing skills with a client-first approach.
Detailed knowledge of Dubai real estate, especially the secondary market.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and social media.
Real estate certification or relevant industry credentials is an advantage.
Fluent English is required; Arabic or other additional languages are beneficial.
A valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
Self-directed, target-oriented, and able to generate business independently.
