आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated success in real estate sales, with at least two years of experience in the UAE market.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills with a client-first approach.
- Detailed knowledge of Dubai real estate, especially the secondary market.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and social media.
- Real estate certification or relevant industry credentials is an advantage.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic or other additional languages are beneficial.
- A valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
- Self-directed, target-oriented, and able to generate business independently.
