Senior Metrics and Reporting Analyst
Measure engineering effectiveness across Bank of America’s Application Production Services and Engineering organization. Standardize metrics and deliver executive reporting, optimization insights, and risk analysis.

- Analyze large datasets to uncover revenue opportunities and shape risk management strategies
- Work with stakeholders to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Standardize and publish key engineering metrics for senior leaders
- Advance reporting from baseline measurement to actionable optimization insights
- Use machine learning, text mining, and statistical methods to analyze business performance, trends, and patterns
- Use agile practices across project management, solution development, deployment, and maintenance
- Document analytical solutions and their production implementations
- Oversee quantitative models, data science products, analytical reports, and visualizations
- Explain technical concepts and analytical findings to internal stakeholders
- Spot potential issues and design controls to reduce risk
- Research developments in data science and artificial intelligence

- At least eight years of experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in Python, Tableau, and SQL
- Ability to analyze and standardize large datasets for executive reporting
- Ability to use data to communicate, optimize, and promote organizational value
- Ability to bring differing perspectives together around a shared message
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Knowledge of AI applications in data analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Atlassian Jira is preferred
