Senior Manager, Virtualization and Citrix - Mashreq, Pakistan (Hybrid)
Lead Mashreq’s VMware, Citrix, and virtualization infrastructure in a hybrid Pakistan-based role. Design, automate, monitor, and optimize enterprise and cloud systems.

- Own the design, architecture, and deployment of VMware ESXi, vSAN, vRealize Suite, Aria, SRM, and RP4VM solutions
- Administer and implement vRealize Suite tools, including vRealize Automation, vRealize Operations Manager, vRealize Log Insight, and vRealize Business for Cloud
- Connect Aria with Citrix and VMware environments to automate provisioning, workflows, and recurring operational tasks
- Configure vROps to track the performance, capacity, and operational health of VMware and Citrix infrastructure
- Partner with storage and networking teams on the design and delivery of vSAN configurations
- Create tailored vROps dashboards, reports, and monitoring alerts
- Direct VMware performance-tuning and infrastructure-optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and IT personnel while providing technical direction
- Monitor developments, new technologies, and product releases across virtualization, cloud, and automation

- Bring 5 to 8 years of hands-on engineering and administration experience with the specified technologies and products
- Demonstrate extensive experience designing, implementing, and administering VMware ESXi and vSAN in large enterprise environments
- Have deep expertise in vRealize Suite, Aria including vRealize Orchestrator, SRM, and RP4VM, including configuration, customization, and integration across Citrix and VMware environments
- Use PowerShell, Python, or comparable scripting languages for automation
- Apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Communicate effectively and collaborate confidently while leading technical work
- Show a record of delivering projects successfully and contributing technical leadership and innovation in virtualization and cloud solutions
- Organize competing priorities, manage multiple projects, and adjust to changing demands
- Familiarity with Azure Stack, Hyper-V, Windows Servers, Citrix, cloud platforms, and hybrid cloud architectures is advantageous
