- Build and manage a strategic-account portfolio across large enterprises
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client accounts
- Join the management team in reviewing strategic accounts
- Develop commercial proposals and contribute to client presentations
- Create high-value offerings that reflect clients’ strategic priorities
- Lead transformation, scoping and innovation initiatives
- Maintain delivery quality, client satisfaction and measurable value
- Facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops, discovery and framing sessions, and project steering committees
- Guide CDOs, CIOs, CTOs and business leaders through Digital, Data and AI transformations
- Deliver strategic studies and serve as a Chief of Staff or advisor
- Develop the firm’s offerings, partnerships, expert communities and client portfolio
- Support publications, events and thought-leadership activities
- Manage consultants and team structures, including staffing, performance monitoring, development and engagement
- Coach multidisciplinary teams and help advance their professional growth
- Mobilize operational teams supporting large-scale programs
- Manage a profit center and contribute to hiring, marketing, trade shows and Saegus events
Талаптар
- Degree from an engineering or business school, a master’s degree or equivalent, specialized in innovation, transformation or project management
- At least seven years’ experience delivering Agile transformations and managing complex projects using Scrum, SAFe or Lean
- Experience spanning both consulting and operational delivery
- Background in coaching teams and implementing Agile frameworks at scale
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, OKRs and story mapping
- Ability to define and equip delivery environments with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and Miro
- Consulting-firm experience, including responsibility for managing consultants
- Strong facilitation, supportive leadership and communication skills, with a focus on business impact
- Fluent spoken and written French and English
