- Guide business partners and stakeholders in planning, developing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and provide guidance on technical matters that require stakeholder consensus.
- Design IT solutions that address business needs.
- Create and maintain policies, standards, target architectures, and their supporting foundations.
- Assess potential IT solutions and identify related issues.
- Escalate major issues and develop guidance and recommendations for decision-making bodies and committees.
- Represent the unit at senior management committees and other decision-making bodies.
- Represent Desjardins in negotiations with external partners and organizations.
