Create 3D civil infrastructure models for roads, bridges, earthworks, utilities, and related projects
Generate construction drawings and other deliverables from digital models
Complete model-based quantity takeoffs, volume calculations, and cost analysis
Coordinate models with engineering, surveying, and construction teams
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in models, designs, and project data
Collect and incorporate design and survey information into digital model environments
Perform clash detection and help develop corrective solutions
Integrate and maintain 3D laser scan and point cloud data
Assist with digital document management and model controls, including file organization and version tracking

Талаптар

At least 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure modelling
Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D
Experience supporting civil infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects
Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect discrepancies in models, drawings, and project data
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn and take on new challenges
Experience with Trimble Business Center, Navisworks, and parametric modelling is an asset
Experience with Dynamo, Python scripting, or workflow automation tools is an asset
Experience creating 4D simulations with Navisworks, Fuzor, Synchro, or comparable tools is an asset
Knowledge of BIM implementation practices is an advantage
Education in civil engineering, surveying, geomatics, or a related field is an asset
