Lead Roche’s clinical biometrics data platforms and AI solutions, shaping cloud based pipelines and their integration into clinical workflows. Oversee compliant delivery of clinical data and analytics for healthcare development.

- Lead the biometrics product portfolio for clinical data ingestion, processing, and advanced analytics.
- Set product strategy, architecture plans, and the AI integration vision for Roche’s global clinical pipeline.
- Set long range product plans and financial goals.
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities, measuring results against business outcomes.
- Modernize architecture and scale cloud based pipelines that handle petabyte scale clinical datasets.
- Manage products across the portfolio from initial concept through retirement.
- Design user experiences for internal scientists and clinicians.
- Lead teams across regions and coordinate SaaS vendors and external delivery partners.
- Promote data informed decisions, ongoing learning, and collaboration across functions.
- Put generative AI agents and machine learning models into biometrics workflows.
- Oversee validated systems and GxP compliance for AI supported clinical submissions and data pipelines.
- Develop and mentor product managers and engineers.

- Master’s or doctoral degree in a science or technology field.
- More than 10 years of experience in product engineering and business analysis.
- At least four years of recent experience in pharmaceutical or biotech biometrics.
- At least four years in a leadership role managing interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in modern software architecture, including APIs, cloud, and microservices.
- Experience implementing AI agents in biometrics workflows.
- Exceptional ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse groups around shared goals.
- Demonstrated delivery of enterprise scale data platforms and AI solutions in complex global settings.
- Experience leading technical teams of engineers and product managers.
