Senior Actuarial Analysis and Statistics Advisor
Develop actuarial reserves and statistical models, and advise on strategic initiatives and decision-making at Desjardins. Hybrid role in Montréal or Lévis.

- Advise clients and partners on planning, developing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
- Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs that support strategic initiatives.
- Assess major issues and recommend actions to decision-making bodies.
- Represent the unit at decision-making forums.
- Represent Desjardins in agreements with external partners and organizations.
- Establish reserves.
- Build statistical models to inform decisions.
- Assess problems and business opportunities related to actuarial initiatives.
- Lead complex, innovative development projects and strategic initiatives.
- Advise and coach decision-making bodies as a specialist, subject matter expert, and resource.
