Contribute to quarterly close activities and help prepare the company’s quarterly Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K filings with the SEC.
Prepare, reconcile, and coordinate footnote disclosures and related internal deliverables.
Assist with the company’s quarterly earnings release process.
Partner with Finance stakeholders to provide accounting guidance and business support.
Investigate SEC reporting matters, recommend solutions, and help implement accounting changes.
Compile quarterly materials such as rounding sheets, balance-sheet analyses, and disclosure checklists.
Participate in quarterly 10-K and MD&A review meetings with accounting and corporate finance leaders.
Contribute to special projects and other ad hoc assignments.
Support internal and external audits by preparing and coordinating requested deliverables.

Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, accounting policies, financial statements, and accounting research.
Consistently produce accurate, thorough, and dependable work with strong attention to detail.
Communicate effectively in speech, interpersonal interactions, and business writing.
Manage projects effectively, collaborate in teams, and influence or lead cross-functional initiatives.
Work independently while setting priorities, planning tasks, and staying organized.
Bring a flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.
Use PC applications proficiently, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and help put them into practice.
Experience with Wdesk, SAP, or another ERP system is preferred.
Big Four or public accounting experience is preferred.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
An active CPA license is preferred.
