- Contribute to quarterly close activities and help prepare the company’s quarterly Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K filings with the SEC.
- Prepare, reconcile, and coordinate footnote disclosures and related internal deliverables.
- Assist with the company’s quarterly earnings release process.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to provide accounting guidance and business support.
- Investigate SEC reporting matters, recommend solutions, and help implement accounting changes.
- Compile quarterly materials such as rounding sheets, balance-sheet analyses, and disclosure checklists.
- Participate in quarterly 10-K and MD&A review meetings with accounting and corporate finance leaders.
- Contribute to special projects and other ad hoc assignments.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and coordinating requested deliverables.

- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, accounting policies, financial statements, and accounting research.
- Consistently produce accurate, thorough, and dependable work with strong attention to detail.

- Manage projects effectively, collaborate in teams, and influence or lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Work independently while setting priorities, planning tasks, and staying organized.

- Big Four or public accounting experience is preferred.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- An active CPA license is preferred.
