Senior Accountant in Hamburg (Hybrid)
Manage HGB financial statements, daily accounting, payment runs, and intercompany reconciliations. Support cadooz’s voucher and employee benefits solutions for business customers.

- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements prepared under HGB requirements
- Maintain consistently high standards for financial reporting quality
- Independently handle daily accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis
- Review incoming invoices each day
- Assess accounting items and prepare the related payment runs
- Own intercompany transactions and reconciliation activities
- Assist with VAT advance returns, business statistics, reports, and analyses
- Partner with other departments on cross-functional projects and process improvements
- Assist external auditors with the preparation and audit of annual financial statements
- Compile and provide the documentation requested by external auditors
Талаптар
- Completed commercial vocational training or a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping degree
- Several years of substantial experience in financial accounting
- Practical experience with daily accounting activities and financial statement preparation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and efficient use of digital applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and Copilot is advantageous
- Current, thorough knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Business-fluent German language skills
- Confident English communication skills
