- Carry out client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual sales interactions
- Present products effectively to assigned targets and prospective customers through virtual channels
- Create and follow daily and weekly call schedules to ensure thorough territory coverage
- Record calls, emails, and appointments accurately in the CRM system
- Explain clinical benefits and product value to healthcare professionals and office staff
- Build trust and credibility through reliable, professional virtual communication
- Organize territory activities in line with the assigned action plan
- Maintain and administer territory information
- Meet reporting and regulatory obligations
- Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into opportunities

- Bachelor’s degree is required
- At least two years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Advanced customer engagement and relationship-building skills through e-promotion
- Proficiency with virtual communication platforms, CRM systems, and standard computer applications
- Ability to quickly learn and apply disease-state and product knowledge in a highly compliant environment
- Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking ability
- Virtual or inside healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred
- Experience selling in women’s healthcare is desirable
- Compliance with applicable vaccination requirements imposed by local governments or Syneos Health customers is required
