- Record and code supplier invoices
- Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Prepare payment runs for approval
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Respond to supplier enquiries
- Manage supplier invoices for a UK business from receipt through payment
- Ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time
Талаптар
- Experience in accounts payable or creditor management
- Practical experience using Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Accuracy and close attention to detail
- Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
- Knowledge of UK VAT is an advantage
- Experience with Dext or Hubdoc is an advantage
- Experience handling expense claims
