Real Estate Sales Agent – Menton (Hybrid)
Independent commercial agent responsible for growing ALB Conciergerie’s short-term rental management portfolio in Menton. The role combines owner prospecting, mandate signing, and operational coordination.

- Grow a local portfolio of properties for short-term rental management
- Find and proactively contact property owners
- Build owner confidence and win agreements to manage their properties
- Negotiate and finalize property management mandates
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance partners
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and guests
- Develop a client base that produces recurring monthly income
- Plan your schedule independently across remote and field-based work
- Optionally sponsor City Managers, recruit them, and receive commissions on their activity
