  • Help plan and design electric vehicle operations facilities
  • Prepare architectural drawing packages for several facility projects at once
  • Develop site layouts, feasibility studies, and early concepts for new and existing EV facilities
  • Create site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details
  • Research building codes and prepare analyses across multiple jurisdictions
  • Align architectural layouts with project needs, owner standards, and internal design criteria
  • Maintain consistency across a portfolio of prototype facilities
  • Join design reviews and incorporate client feedback into deliverables
  • Create and update Revit models throughout the design process
  • Review, audit, and clean up models for quality
  • Maintain BIM standards, templates, families, shared parameters, and consistent project documentation
  • Support model organization, file management, and data integrity
  • Help develop standardized prototype documents and reusable design resources
  • Find ways to improve efficiency across recurring project types
  • Follow applicable SOX control responsibilities

Талаптар

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering
  • Be a licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure
  • Bring at least six years of architectural experience
  • Have advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
  • Have experience producing schematic design and design development documents
  • Have experience managing BIM models
  • Understand construction codes and be able to interpret applicable code requirements
  • Be able to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Preferred: experience designing EV, automotive, industrial, mission-critical, or prototype facilities
  • Preferred: familiarity with sustainability principles and energy-efficient design strategies
  • Preferred: experience with Google Workspace
  • Preferred: experience with Miro
