- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Discover requirements by interviewing requestors, partner teams, and other process participants.
- Use AI tools to draft requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Coordinate communication, resolve questions, and keep work moving toward delivery.
- Check dashboards, reports, and system outputs after releases to verify they perform as intended.
