- Guide process improvement, workflow design, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Report to the Head of Project Management.

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of project management experience at a pharmaceutical marketing agency.
- Track record leading large, cross-functional client programs and managing high-value accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) processes in the US and/or Canada.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Strong financial skills, including account forecasting and margin management.
- Expertise using project management systems and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
