Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, milestones, and action tracking across multiple organizations
Act as the primary coordination link among facility personnel, program customers, technical teams, and other stakeholders
Assist with planning and executing operational readiness activities for technical and regulated facilities
Conduct facility and area walkdowns to assess field conditions, operational requirements, and readiness
Support internal assessments, external audits, workplace observations, and corrective-action activities
Monitor project and operational actions through closure while reporting status, risks, and unresolved needs
Collect technical input from subject matter experts and convert requirements into plans, procedures, communications, and controlled documents
Evaluate operational information and produce accurate, practical work products that support decisions and execution
Research and apply approaches for operational readiness, process improvement, and procedure development
Verify that work products meet applicable DOE requirements, organizational procedures, and institutional standards
Create written, verbal, and visual communications supporting facility and program goals
Keep documentation and records accurate and current
Work with internal departments and external partners
Follow safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Escalate unsafe conditions, equipment problems, and incidents to management
Attend required training and safety briefings
Complete additional assigned duties in support of operational needs

Bachelor’s degree plus at least five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience
Background supporting operational, technical, regulated, or compliance-focused work environments
Experience coordinating project activities, schedules, deliverables, assessments, and action tracking among multiple stakeholders
Experience supporting facility walkdowns, workplace observations, assessments, or comparable field activities
Ability to interpret and apply organizational policies, procedures, and institutional requirements
Strong stakeholder coordination, interpersonal, and customer-service abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly
Ability to assess technical or operational information and turn it into clear, accurate, actionable work products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred: Familiarity with DOE Orders and LANL procedures governing nuclear facility operations
Preferred: Experience creating, maintaining, and revising project schedules
Preferred: Experience using LANL business systems such as Oracle, UTrain, or PDMLink
Preferred: Knowledge of process improvement methods including Lean Six Sigma
Preferred: Active DOE Q Clearance
