Onsite Counselor Therapist at BrightView Health
Provide addiction therapy, group sessions, and intake assessments in an onsite BrightView Health setting. Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care, document treatment progress, and support recovery-focused programs.

- Plan and lead group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments according to clinic needs and established best practices.
- Use crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to support patient safety and care.
- Support the development and implementation of treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate progress toward treatment plan goals.
- Coordinate care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in required onsite staff and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Record all required treatment information accurately and promptly in the electronic patient health record.
- Adhere to applicable regulatory standards and company compliance policies.
- Support treatment programs that help individuals pursue recovery and wellness.

- At least two years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, subject to state regulations.
- Current clinical licensure is required in accordance with applicable state regulations.
- Ability to plan and lead group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
- Working knowledge of addiction therapy.
