Business Analyst role at INFOX Tecnologia da Informação, a technology company serving Brazil’s judiciary. The position covers BPMN modeling, requirements analysis, functional testing, and the continuous improvement of legal solutions.

- Capture, assess, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders
- Lead interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand processes, business rules, and improvement opportunities
- Model and document processes in BPMN while recommending improvements
- Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, functional flows, and related analysis documentation
- Bridge business teams and development teams across the product life cycle
- Resolve functional questions and assist technical teams during solution development
- Help define and validate business rules with stakeholders
- Plan, perform, and support functional tests, user acceptance testing, and user validation
- Contribute to ongoing improvements across organizational processes and products
- Support user-focused solution development and recommend enhancements when appropriate

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
- A law degree or demonstrated experience delivering software projects for the legal sector
- Background in gathering, analyzing, and defining requirements for software development projects
- Advanced experience modeling business processes with BPMN
- Experience producing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional specifications
- Proven experience with functional testing, user acceptance testing, and software validation
- Working knowledge of Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills across varied stakeholder groups
- Ability to turn business needs into clear, structured guidance for development teams
- Knowledge of UX, user research, and Discovery methods
- Experience creating prototypes in Figma, Miro, or comparable tools
- Knowledge of Brazil’s Electronic Judicial Process (PJe)
- Experience contributing to public-sector digital transformation initiatives
- Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or an equivalent credential
