  • Run, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns for multiple B2B client accounts
  • Oversee campaign pacing, budgets, bids, performance, and delivery
  • Launch campaigns aligned with client strategies and business objectives
  • Evaluate campaign results and apply optimization strategies
  • Pause, refine, or scale campaigns using performance data
  • Provide paid media support for Bing Ads when required
  • Refresh client reporting dashboards each week
  • Assess top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel performance metrics
  • Measure results against qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue
  • Source reporting data from HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Investigate inconsistencies and discrepancies in reporting data
  • Convert campaign results into practical recommendations and next steps
  • Join weekly client meetings and performance reviews
  • Prepare meeting agendas, insights, and recommended actions
  • Monitor and complete follow-up work from client meetings
  • Communicate with clients through Slack, meetings, and project management platforms
  • Identify campaign improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Take on increasing responsibility for client accounts over time
  • Write and improve advertising copy
  • Create creative briefs and assess creative assets
  • Coordinate campaign materials and launch timelines
  • Work with design teams on static images, GIFs, videos, and other creative materials
  • Manage project timelines and deadlines in Asana
  • Contribute updates, priorities, and recommendations in internal meetings
  • Maintain organization across multiple campaigns, clients, and competing priorities
  • Use SOPs, dashboards, documentation, and AI tools to improve execution and efficiency

Талаптар

  • Two to three years of hands-on experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing
  • Experience managing B2B paid media campaigns
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Experience overseeing substantial paid media budgets
  • Experience optimizing campaigns through bidding, pacing, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Experience using HubSpot and/or Salesforce for reporting
  • Experience linking paid media results to meetings, pipeline, and revenue
  • Experience partnering with creative and design teams
  • Experience in a client-facing agency or consultancy setting
  • Strong knowledge of paid media strategy, campaign optimization, bidding, pacing, and budget control
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent advertising copywriting skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage several client accounts at the same time
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively spot optimization opportunities and make recommendations
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards
  • English proficiency for professional communication; submit the resume in English and PDF format
  • Availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Portfolio, case study, campaign report, or examples of managed paid media accounts required
  • Video demonstrating relevant skills required, using the same email address as the application
  • Bing Ads experience preferred
  • Experience with Claude or comparable AI tools preferred
