Medical Business Specialist, Physician Administration - Michigan Remote
Provide medical reception support for Munson Healthcare by registering patients, verifying insurance, and scheduling appointments. This primarily remote position serves patients and families in Michigan.

- Welcome patients and families as the initial point of contact
- Collect and confirm necessary patient and insurance details
- Accurately record patient and insurance data in the registration system
- Arrange appointments for return visits, referrals, and diagnostic tests or procedures
- Greet patients courteously in person and by telephone
- Address patient and family needs with effective, responsive service
- Help establish a positive environment for care, wellness, and healing
Талаптар
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Specialist candidates need at least two years of experience as a Medical Practice Business Associate or in a comparable healthcare position
- Associate candidates need six months to one year of customer service experience
- Typing proficiency is required
- Working knowledge of Windows is required
- Experience using multiple computer systems is required
- Must live in Michigan
- Must be vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella or provide laboratory-confirmed immunity
- Must receive a flu vaccination during the flu season of the hire year and each subsequent year, unless granted an approved medical or religious exemption
