  • Direct complex, high-impact technology initiatives across the organization
  • Establish engineering standards and enterprise best practices for large-scale solutions
  • Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and document technology projects and programs

  • Set engineering and technology direction while guiding teams toward delivery commitments and major initiatives
  • Work with technical specialists, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to solve difficult technical problems

  • Improve platform reliability, performance, and operational efficiency by reducing technical debt
  • Work across functions to deliver scalable, high-performance cloud-native solutions

  • At least five years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience gained through work, training, military service, or education
  • At least five years of experience with Java 17 or later, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, Python, Scala, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
  • At least one year of hands-on experience using AI-assisted developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and Devin
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Availability to work additional hours when needed
  • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
  • Preferred: At least five years of experience with Angular 16, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX
  • Preferred: At least two years of experience working in Agile environments
  • Preferred: Strong knowledge of JUnit or TestNG, Selenium frameworks, and test automation
  • Preferred: Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform services
  • Preferred: Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture
  • Preferred: Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Ansible, shell scripting, F5, AVI, and infrastructure automation
  • Preferred: Experience deploying applications with Tomcat, JBoss, and WebSphere
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of MVC architecture, J2EE design patterns, and enterprise application design
  • Preferred: Experience delivering secure, scalable, highly available solutions in large enterprise environments
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud-native application modernization and migration programs
  • Preferred: Experience with enterprise data engineering and analytics platforms
  • Preferred: Experience implementing AI-enabled automation and intelligent workflows
