Lead the migration of a healthcare CRM from Salesforce to a modern platform for Axented. Own the redesign of integrations, data pipelines, and patient engagement workflows ahead of a 2027 milestone.

- Assess and choose the most suitable destination CRM
- Redesign healthcare integrations and live data flows
- Deliver a complete end-to-end data cutover ahead of the 2027 milestone
- Own architecture, migration strategy, and delivery timelines
- Share migration plans, technical risks, and workflow effects with engineering, clinical, and operations stakeholders
Талаптар
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including Apex and Flows, plus modern CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or Zendesk
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and complete complex CRM data cutovers across multiple platforms from the ground up
- Advanced experience redesigning and rebuilding live data pipelines spanning EHR systems, custom APIs, messaging platforms, and third-party tools
- Strong command of historical data cleansing, field mapping, reliable synchronization, and rollback protection
- Ability to develop production-ready data pipelines, scripts, and dependable end-to-end synchronization workflows
- Experience working in healthcare technology, especially with EHR platforms such as athenaOne
- Familiarity with integration ecosystems that include JotForm, Vonage, Customer.io, or Artera
- Experience implementing automated data checks, migration monitoring, and schema transformations
