Junior or Senior Consultant – Lending and Real Estate Finance
Advise Germany’s lending and real-estate finance sectors on strategy, governance, processes, risk management, refinancing, and sustainability.

- Create tailored solution approaches and methodologies for client needs and challenges
- Contribute to demanding strategy, functional, and implementation consulting projects
- Advise clients on lending, real-estate valuation, refinancing, risk management, sustainability, governance, and processes
- Develop consulting offerings aligned with client needs, market developments, and vdpConsulting AG’s strategic goals
- Help the Executive Board advance the company’s strategy and internal processes
Талаптар
- University degree in business administration, business mathematics, or business information systems, ideally with a quantitative focus
- Basic programming and modelling experience is advantageous
- For Junior Consultants: initial professional experience in lending, real estate, or financial-services consulting
- For Senior Consultants: at least two years of relevant, verifiable professional experience
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Confident, client-focused approach with enthusiasm for relationship building
- Growth-oriented mindset and interest in developing innovative ideas
- Fluent written and spoken German plus good English
- Willingness to travel
