- Prepare, gather, and organize corporate and legal documentation
- Help manage legal entities and beneficial ownership arrangements
- Support corporate governance activities and internal organizational structuring
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents
- Track deadlines and keep legal records accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with external counsel, legal service providers, and registrars
- Produce legal reports and summaries as needed
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Legal and Compliance team
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline
- At least one year of experience supporting legal or compliance activities, ideally in a financial or regulated setting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Russian
- Exposure to corporate governance and legal documentation is advantageous
- Collaborative approach with well-developed interpersonal skills
