Japan Remote Digital Marketer Contractor
Run localized B2B campaigns in Japan across paid media, content, and lead generation. Adapt regional marketing strategies to local audiences and optimize campaign performance.

- Deliver local digital campaigns aligned with regional strategy, business goals, target audiences, budgets, and timelines.
- Tailor campaigns for Japan using local customer behavior, market trends, language, culture, and channel dynamics.
- Coordinate CRM and database work, and collaborate with the global marketing team on landing pages.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LINE, Yahoo! Japan, Google, and other relevant local and global platforms.
- Create and localize advertising, social, landing page, email, and short-form video content.
- Generate leads through paid media, digital campaigns, landing pages, forms, and events.
- Coordinate campaign and content production with internal teams, agencies, designers, and external partners.
- Track and optimize impressions, click-through and conversion rates, cost metrics, lead volume, and return on investment or ad spend.
- Share local market insights, competitor observations, and recommendations with the Marketing Lead.
- Prepare regular campaign reports with actionable recommendations.
- Work with the Marketing Lead to turn regional marketing strategies into effective local campaigns.
- Coordinate with the contractor already working on the account in Japan.

- Native-level Japanese and strong professional English, required for coordination with the existing contractor.
- Experience marketing to Japanese B2B audiences and familiarity with Japan’s digital advertising landscape.
- Preferred experience in electronics, manufacturing, engineering, technology, or another technical B2B sector.
