Japan Local Digital Marketing Specialist
Lead localized B2B digital marketing campaigns for the Japan market across LINE, Yahoo! Japan, Google, and regional content channels. Generate leads, optimize paid media performance, and turn regional marketing strategies into effective local execution.

- Deliver local digital campaigns aligned with regional strategy, business goals, audiences, budgets, and timelines
- Tailor campaigns for Japan using local customer behavior, market trends, language, culture, and channel dynamics
- Coordinate CRM and database activities and collaborate on landing pages with the global marketing team
- Manage and improve paid campaigns across LINE, Yahoo! Japan, Google, and relevant global advertising platforms
- Create and localize advertising, social, landing-page, email, and short-form video content
- Generate leads through paid media, digital campaigns, landing pages, forms, and events
- Coordinate campaign and content production with internal teams, agencies, designers, and external partners
- Track and optimize impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, lead volume, and ROI/ROAS
- Share Japanese market insights, competitor findings, and recommendations with the Marketing Lead
- Produce recurring campaign performance reports with practical recommendations
- Partner with the Marketing Lead to convert regional strategies into local market execution
- Coordinate with the existing Japan-based contractor supporting the account

- Native-level Japanese and strong professional English, including fluency required for the role
- Proven experience marketing to B2B audiences in Japan
- Working knowledge of Japan’s digital advertising landscape
- Experience in electronics, manufacturing, engineering, technology, or another technical B2B industry is preferred
