Rogers Corporation is hiring an onsite Internal Auditor in Chandler, Arizona. The role covers SOX compliance, control testing, operational audits, risk reporting, and audit recommendations.

- Execute the Internal Audit Plan, including Sarbanes-Oxley 404
- Evaluate financial reporting controls for SOX compliance
- Document and review control deficiencies, risks, and recommendations
- Track management action plans and completion deadlines
- Conduct internal audits across operations, compliance, finance, and information technology
- Prepare reports summarizing audit results, risks, and mitigation actions
- Create and maintain audit work papers
- Resolve internal audit review comments
- Complete assigned Internal Audit department projects
- Maintain relationships across the company and with external auditors
- Perform additional assigned duties
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- At least one year of progressive audit experience, including SOX testing
- Required experience auditing a publicly traded company or working for a public accounting firm
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
