  • Create print and digital assets for point-of-sale displays, training materials, sales presentations, advertising, banners, landing pages, emails, social media, packaging and trade shows.
  • Develop regional campaign and sales promotion concepts using global toolkits and brand guidelines.
  • Produce localized assets in English, French and Spanish.
  • Apply brand identities consistently across logos, typography, colors and other creative work.
  • Maintain high production standards across print and digital formats.
  • Work with Creative Services, Marketing and regional teams on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Manage deliverables to meet agreed timelines and specifications.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI to streamline repetitive design work and processes.
  • Share where AI can add value and where its limitations should be considered.
  • Work directly with the Marketing Manager for the Americas.

  • Post-secondary diploma in graphic design.
  • Three to five years of experience in graphic and web design.
  • A strong design and production portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of typography and design principles.
  • Experience with print and digital production.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, reprioritize and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
