Graduate Corporate Finance Associate - Birmingham Hybrid
Join Ballards LLP’s corporate finance team to support transactions, financial analysis and deal materials for clients across sectors. The role includes fully funded ACA training while you build practical commercial and analytical expertise.

- Support live corporate finance assignments for clients across multiple sectors
- Gain exposure to transaction work from initial analysis and financial due diligence through to deal completion
- Review and analyse financial information
- Develop knowledge of valuations, financial modelling, working capital, net debt and cash flow
- Help produce reports, presentations and other transaction materials
- Collaborate with clients and target management teams
- Build technical and commercial judgement with support from experienced corporate finance professionals
