  • Develop core brand assets such as logos, visual identities, and color systems
  • Prepare, structure, and deliver variations of essential brand elements
  • Maintain consistent branding across internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
  • Design durable, scalable visual systems that follow contemporary design standards
  • Review brand execution across platforms to ensure visual quality in digital and print formats
  • Use brand strategy, visual identity principles, and design systems to produce cohesive, modern assets
  • Support the Tendem project by developing visual identities for real-world brands and products

  • At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, logo design, and complete brand guideline work
  • Thorough knowledge of applying branding across digital and print formats
  • Strong command of scalable logo development, color palettes, and typography systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt identities for social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and print collateral
  • Strong organizational ability to create brand guidelines, style guides, and well-structured asset libraries
  • Strategic, highly detail-oriented approach with a focus on lasting brand equity
  • Commitment to visual consistency and confidence serving as a brand gatekeeper
  • Independent working style with the initiative to troubleshoot problems autonomously
  • CV must include a portfolio featuring branding projects such as logos, identity systems, and guidelines
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required
