  • Build and deliver Jeeves integrations with customer ERP and accounting systems using APIs and webhooks.
  • Map customer data models to Jeeves and maintain synchronization.
  • Investigate integration problems from API logs through month-end reconciliation.
  • Develop reusable integration approaches and internal tools.
  • Scope and configure multi-entity, multi-currency setups.
  • Design stablecoin payment and settlement flows alongside SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT.
  • Help customers meet local requirements, including CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN e-invoicing.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Risk to keep customer configurations within regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead technical onboarding for strategic accounts from initial scoping through launch and adoption.
  • Conduct technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams, including occasional on-site sessions.
  • Prepare implementation plans, set timeline expectations, and identify risks.
  • Act as the technical contact after launch, handling escalations and supporting account expansion.
  • Turn recurring customer requests into prioritized input for Product and Engineering.
  • Work with Sales and Account Management on technical discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept.
  • Maintain integration guides, edge-case references, and implementation playbooks.

Талаптар

  • Bring at least four years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including two or more years in customer-facing technical work.
  • Have strong practical coding skills in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, with production experience building with REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Demonstrate solid SQL and data-mapping skills through integrations or data pipelines you have built and supported.
  • Show a record of leading a customer project through launch, including managing timelines and customer-side stakeholders.
  • Be professionally fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Be able to travel to customer locations in Latin America when needed.
  • Preferred: Experience in fintech or payments, particularly card issuing, SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT, or cross-border transfers.
  • Preferred: Experience integrating an ERP, accounting, or financial platform such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of finance operations, including accounts payable, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with stablecoins, on/off-ramps, or digital asset infrastructure.
  • Preferred: Experience with Latin American e-invoicing and tax systems, including CFDI, NF-e, or DIAN.
  • Preferred: Previous work as a forward deployed engineer, solutions architect, or implementation engineer at a startup.
  • Preferred: Experience creating internal tools that reduced implementation time.
