Finance & Accounting Outsourcing Manager (Hybrid)
Lead outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and client advisory services for Cherry Bekaert. Manage accounting teams, client engagements, and process improvement initiatives.

- Oversee outsourced accounting services and financial reporting across multiple client engagements
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore team members
- Direct client onboarding, including system configuration, project planning, and process implementation
- Review management reporting packages, financial statements, reconciliations, and other client deliverables
- Advise clients on budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and management reporting
- Track engagement performance, resource utilization, work in progress, and client satisfaction
- Work with clients and internal teams to improve processes and introduce technology-enabled efficiencies
- Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality, timeliness, and strong client service
- Assist with new accounting technology implementations and special projects as needed
- Act as a trusted advisor on accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain a collaborative, high-performing team environment

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including management experience in a public accounting firm
- Experience delivering outsourced accounting, client accounting advisory, or controllership services to multiple clients
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and financial reporting tools
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Experience leading and developing accounting professionals, including remote and offshore team members
- Strong project management, organizational, and client relationship management abilities
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at solving problems
- Ability to balance competing priorities, meet deadlines, and provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required
