Plan and deliver conferences, roadshows, clinic partnerships, device trials, and other major events from start to finish.
Develop and manage Trexo’s event calendar, choosing locations, timing, and formats to maximize market impact.
Coordinate event schedules, travel, setup, materials, and on-site operations.
Build relationships with clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to secure venues and establish ongoing hosting partnerships.
Schedule and manage participants in Trexo device trials at events.
Create and run promotional campaigns to increase attendance, awareness, and lead generation.
Work with sales, customer success, and leadership to connect event plans with company growth goals.
Measure attendance, lead quality, conversion, return on investment, and strategic impact.
Use performance data and market opportunities to refine the event strategy.

Талаптар

At least five years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, field marketing, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage events end to end, including larger events involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with close attention to detail.
Experience building partnerships with external organizations such as clinics, healthcare providers, or community groups.
Skilled in executing promotional marketing across digital and offline channels.
Able to manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and return-on-investment analysis.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfort working across teams in a growing, mission-driven organization.
Willingness to travel as required for events.
Experience updating websites to promote events.
Graphic design skills for brochures, promotional materials, and event collateral.
Experience with CRM systems, event analytics, or marketing automation tools.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation, or pediatric-focused industries.
Must already be legally authorized to work in the location of application.
Visa sponsorship and support with work authorization applications are not available.
