eCommerce Chief, Nutrition and Health - Nestlé, Mexico City Onsite
Lead Nestlé’s eCommerce channel for Nutrition and Health in Mexico. Oversee sales, profitability, marketplaces, and Retail Media strategy.

- Own the eCommerce commercial strategy, including channel sales, growth, and profitability
- Build business plans with strategic customers to accelerate sell-in and sell-out
- Identify growth opportunities by customer, category, and platform
- Manage the channel P&L, commercial investments, and profitability
- Develop Retail Media strategies focused on conversion, incremental sales, and return on investment
- Ensure effective portfolio execution across marketplaces, pure players, eRetailers, and online pharmacies
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to achieve business objectives
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- At least three years of eCommerce or Digital Commerce experience with commercial ownership
- Experience managing customers such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, online pharmacies, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, sales, profitability, market share, sell-in, and sell-out
- Experience with Retail Media, Digital Shelf, and customer-focused commercial planning
- Experience in Nutrition, Health, consumer packaged goods, or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and eCommerce analytics skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Commercially minded, results-oriented professional with strategic perspective and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
