Deliver Oracle Cloud Financials ERP implementations for Huron, from solution design and system configuration through testing, integrations, and client support.

- Implement Oracle Cloud Financials with senior team guidance to support successful project delivery
- Work with clients to define future-state processes and develop functional solution designs
- Lead or oversee system configuration, testing, training, and end-user support
- Guide technical teams on the design and testing of data conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions
- Learn consulting best practices from senior colleagues while expanding technical and functional expertise
- Own project work streams, maintain work plans, perform analysis and reporting, and present findings to clients
- Work collaboratively with client personnel and leadership
- Manage and mentor junior Huron team members

- Two to three years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP
- Experience gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, executing tests, resolving issues, and working with business users
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-management skills
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and clients
- Motivation to learn, develop, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting setting
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain results and issues to internal and client teams
- Ability to travel up to 50% when needed for client or internal project work
