Lead creative strategy and production across happymoney.com, paid social, paid search, lifecycle email, direct mail, and organic social
Build and maintain a documented content strategy, editorial calendar, and roadmap aligned with acquisition and brand objectives
Establish success metrics and testing plans, assess results, and determine which initiatives to expand, stop, or refine
Serve as the primary in-house designer for paid advertising, direct mail, email visuals and templates, landing pages, and organic social assets
Define and uphold Happy Money’s creative standards as the updated visual identity is introduced
Produce landing pages, articles, guides, and product pages in partnership with SEO/AEO teams to improve search and AI-answer visibility
Manage Happy Money’s organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Represent Happy Money on camera as the public face of its social channels
Plan, write, film, and edit short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Develop customer impact stories using photography, video, interviews, and user-generated content
Create and oversee a creator and influencer program, covering partner discovery, contracts, briefs, scripts, and performance reporting
Organize and maintain a searchable library of photography, video, graphics, and licensed stock assets
Assess and implement creative tools, external partners, and AI-supported production workflows
Prepare creative briefs and manage review cycles with agencies, freelancers, and creators
Partner with Communications on email materials, long-form content, and scripts
Guide creative work through legal, compliance, and bank-partner approvals
Prioritize creative work across acquisition, lifecycle, brand, and product initiatives
Monitor results through dashboards and weekly reviews, and share performance insights and customer feedback with marketing leadership, product, and lifecycle teams

At least five years of experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or content marketing, either in-house or agency-side, with ownership of both strategy and delivery
A portfolio spanning short- and long-form work, such as paid advertising, email, direct mail or print, web content, and self-produced, self-edited, or on-camera video, demonstrating strong visual storytelling
Solid graphic design fundamentals developed through formal education or practical experience, including layout, typography, color, and accessibility principles
Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro, along with a mobile editing application such as CapCut
Confidence on camera and enthusiasm for representing Happy Money across its social channels
Ability to explain complex financial subjects, including APRs, credit scores, and debt repayment, in accessible content
Experience developing content strategies and calendars and producing website content, with practical knowledge of SEO and conversion principles
Demonstrated use of performance data to inform creative choices and adjust direction when results indicate a change is needed
Experience preparing production-ready print files and coordinating with print and mailing vendors
Proven success growing organic social channels, with strong knowledge of social-first storytelling and trends on Instagram and TikTok
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable independently managing a test-and-learn channel
Preferred: Background in lending, banking, or another regulated sector, along with awareness of Fair Lending
Preferred: Copywriting and storytelling experience across email, long-form web content, and video scripts
Preferred: Experience developing or managing creator and influencer relationships
Preferred: Experience developing email templates
Preferred: Motion design capability
Preferred: Familiarity with HubSpot, including HubSpot CMS
