  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify outcomes, shape product direction, and translate requirements into architecture options
  • Create architecture blueprints, high- and low-level designs, technical decision records, and implementation guidance
  • Design secure, scalable, reusable services, APIs, data stores, integrations, user-facing capabilities, and shared components
  • Support engineering delivery through prototyping, code reviews, paired design, design assurance, and technical debt management
  • Evaluate technologies, encourage reuse, establish development standards, and help build shared frameworks and accelerators
  • Contribute to planning and estimation, manage the architecture backlog, and balance cost, risk, quality, security, and delivery speed
  • Coordinate with architecture, security, platform, and engineering teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and delivery constraints
  • Use AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices to improve delivery, quality, documentation, testing, and developer productivity

Талаптар

  • Extensive architecture experience spanning cloud-native applications, integration, data, and security
  • Hands-on software engineering experience with at least one modern language, such as C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
  • Practical experience with agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted delivery workflows, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar platforms
  • Practical Azure experience covering compute, storage, networking, security, Azure Policy, Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, and tenant-aware identity patterns
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, preferably AKS, and CI/CD or DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub
  • Ability to design access management, authentication, and authorization solutions
  • Understanding of compliance, application security, secure-by-design principles, and enterprise technology standards
  • Experience designing for reuse, maintainability, observability, cost optimization, and technical debt control
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and architects across distributed teams
  • Advanced conversational English and Spanish, which will be evaluated
  • Foreign nationals residing in Mexico must hold valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC documentation
  • Must be based in Mexico and hold authorization to work there
  • Experience with internal developer platforms, reusable engineering assets, or platform marketplace models is desirable
  • Experience with generative AI solution patterns, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt evaluation, automated testing, and AI governance guardrails is desirable
  • Familiarity with enterprise UX patterns, workflow automation, low-code or no-code product capabilities, or relevant architecture and security certifications is desirable, including Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer, TOGAF, or SAFe credentials
