Coordinate department requests by organizing information, deadlines, open items, and employee movements for Business Partners
Maintain and consolidate People Management databases, metrics, spreadsheets, and reports while preserving data accuracy
Prepare meeting, forum, and leadership presentation materials and supporting information
Assist with People Management initiatives, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and employee cycles
Monitor requests, approvals, and deadlines in coordination with HR partner teams
Organize documents and request records, resolve inconsistencies, and flag items requiring Business Partner attention
Work with departments and stakeholders to organize and improve the Business Partner team's processes

Талаптар

Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related discipline
Intermediate Excel proficiency for tracking, consolidating, and analyzing information
Ability to create and update presentations in PowerPoint
Clear and effective verbal and written communication
Ability to handle multiple requests while managing deadlines and priorities
Analytical approach and comfort working with data and information
Proactive, dependable, and accountable working style
Strong interpersonal abilities for collaborating across departments
Independence in managing activities, with sound judgment about when to request guidance or escalate concerns
Interest in partnering with the business and building a career in Business Partnering and People Management
