  • Direct all Health Information Exchange billing operations.
  • Prepare billing materials and develop related procedures.
  • Validate contracts and conduct contract audits.
  • Train staff on relevant processes and responsibilities.
  • Oversee contract reporting, quality assurance, and billing activities.
  • Collect, review, and analyze financial and business data with analytics tools.
  • Check contracts, Statements of Work, invoices, and related documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead meetings and collaborate with accounts receivable, business development, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial and business processes and models.
  • Ensure company activities comply with applicable legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee processes that support productivity and growth.
  • Identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve critical issues and risks.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly customer, financial, and other performance reports.
  • Maintain documentation for projects, processes, and operations.
  • Provide analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to Finance, Contracts, Customer Service, Business Development, and Information Technology.
  • Conduct internal audits of financial activities.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
  • Report to the Director, Business Development Operations.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Contracts, Legal, Customer Service, Business Development, and Information Technology teams.

  • At least six years of business management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Marketing; equivalent directly related experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Healthcare or information technology experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, detail-management, time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Sound judgment when handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong process orientation, troubleshooting ability, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with employees and stakeholders at every level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings with senior executives, manage expectations, and build consensus.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of health information technology, health information exchange, and electronic health records is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Project, and Visio, is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infusionsoft, and NetSuite is preferred.
  • Practical experience working with varied databases and complex IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently while balancing strategic priorities with detailed execution.
  • Ability to occasionally drive to clients, conferences, or events; limited travel may be required.
  • Ability to handle PHI, PII, and financial information in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
