Bilingual Registered Nurse Health Coach – Morganton, NC (Hybrid)
Provide bilingual behavioral health coaching, screenings, and wellness support through Evernorth Workplace Care. Serve patients through hybrid onsite and virtual care in Morganton, North Carolina.

- Coach and support customers managing stress, anxiety, depression, and related challenges
- Conduct screenings for stress, anxiety, and depression
- Assess customer education needs through focused health assessment activities
- Refer customers to appropriate Cigna Evernorth or client-specific clinical programs
- Create health improvement plans and personalized, evidence-based goals with customers
- Help customers pursue health goals and address barriers to improved health
- Facilitate or assist with group coaching, wellness challenges, and health seminars
- Apply biometric data and motivational interviewing to improve clinical outcomes
- Partner with matrix teams to advance the client’s health and wellness strategy
- Manage clinical targets and outcome tracking
- Create action plans that deliver clinical value for customers and clients
- Complete other duties permitted by applicable certification or licensure
- Assist with training and mentoring new employees as needed

- Active, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state, with the ability to maintain it
- Compact or additional state RN licenses may be required and must be maintained
- Current ACLS, BLS, CPR, or AED certification
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- At least one year of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion
- High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home-office workspace
- High energy and strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to collaborate proactively and professionally with clients and matrix partners
- Demonstrated administrative capability and strong computer and software skills
- Availability for earlier or later hours based on customer needs
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
- A compact multi-state RN license and New York state licensure are ideal
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing strongly preferred
- Master’s degree in psychology or a related field preferred
- NBHWC certification is a plus
- Behavioral health experience, including stress reduction, is a plus
- Chronic disease management experience is a plus
- Training or experience in motivational interviewing is a plus
