  • Build and operate LodeStar’s Azure environments with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Develop and maintain GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipelines with automated tests, approval steps, and rollback.
  • Operate PostgreSQL in production, covering backups, restore checks, and performance tuning.
  • Track service health, lead incident response, and define and report service level objectives.
  • Protect the platform with Entra ID, least-privilege access, Key Vault, and private networking.
  • Manage infrastructure for LodeStar AI services, including model API access, usage, and costs.
  • Administer Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, including access, permissions, SSO, licensing, apps, upgrades, and backups.
  • Work with engineering, project management, and operations to improve Jira workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports.
  • Maintain a well-structured Confluence with useful spaces, templates, and permissions.
  • Establish and support Fidus-wide DevOps practices for source control, branching, and CI/CD.
  • Support IT work such as change management, security reviews, and shared on-call coverage.
  • Coordinate with LodeStar build and product leads and engineering teams across Fidus.

Талаптар

  • At least five years in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering, including two or more years supporting production workloads on Azure.
  • Practical expertise with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience creating CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Experience with containers, such as Docker, Azure Container Apps, or AKS.
  • Experience administering Jira and Confluence, including workflow design, automation, and permissions.
  • Production experience with PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database.
  • Strong Linux administration and networking skills across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Working knowledge of cloud security and identity management.
  • Ability to script in Python or Bash.
  • Experience providing on-call support and managing incidents.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Eligibility for Fidus’s export-control screening and, in Canada, a Controlled Goods Program security assessment.
