Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation and Judgment Enforcement, Remote Brazil
Associate attorney handling attorneys’ fee enforcement, credit recovery, and judgment enforcement matters. Fully remote role with Nelson Wilians Advogados, a Brazilian business law firm.

- Represent NWADV on attorneys’ fee enforcement matters across all Brazilian states
- Monitor court publications, record deadlines, review proceedings, prepare reports, and deliver work on schedule
- Revise claim calculations and engage opposing counsel to pursue negotiated settlements
- Prepare defenses, appeals, and other legal filings
- Manage credit recovery cases, including enforcement, collection, and payment order proceedings
- Pursue recovery of outstanding credits by requesting measures through SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, SNIPER, and related systems
- Conduct judgment enforcement proceedings, including preparing and contesting calculations
Талаптар
- Hold an active São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) registration for at least 18 months
- Have experience in high-volume law firms
- Demonstrate experience handling credit recovery matters
- Have experience with judgment enforcement, calculation preparation and challenges, debt security, and filing objections
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have intermediate Excel skills
- Be able to prepare defenses, appeals, and other legal filings
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
