Assistant Manager Affiliate Marketing Bangalore

Coordinate affiliate partnerships, campaigns, budgets, and performance reporting to support profitable customer acquisition across multiple brands. This full-time, onsite role is based in Bangalore.

  • Support profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships across network platforms for client brands.
  • Review and approve affiliate applications.
  • Help manage monthly affiliate budgets across all brands.
  • Supervise one Coordinator.
  • Monitor daily affiliate activity, respond to publisher inquiries, and prepare campaign communications and newsletters.
  • Collaborate closely with publishers and affiliate network teams.
  • Manage affiliate programs for multiple brands.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and communicate new offers to publishers.
  • Analyze performance reports, provide insights, and recommend improvements to affiliate programs.
  • Develop campaign concepts and identify placement and exclusive partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee affiliate newsletters.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • One to two years of in-house e-commerce, affiliate, or agency marketing experience.
  • Basic understanding of online marketing channels such as affiliate, partner, search, CRM, PR, social media, referral, blogger, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks such as Commission Junction, Pepperjam, Impact, or LinkShare is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Omniture or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and handle frequent reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external partners.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
