  • Work with product and design to prioritize work that benefits customers.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to build agents that research accounts, find opportunities, and carry out go-to-market workflows.
  • Bring prototypes into customer use and improve them using evaluations and execution traces.

  • At least three years of software engineering experience.
  • Practical experience delivering LLM applications or agents to production.
  • Experience building systems with tool calling, multi-step execution, and evaluations.
  • Strong TypeScript or Python programming skills.
  • Experience developing backend systems and integrating APIs.
  • Ability to own a feature across the stack.
  • Ability to define success, run experiments, investigate failures, and use evidence to guide development.
  • Ability to turn broad product ideas into deployed solutions.
  • Shows initiative, learns quickly, and works collaboratively.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the San Francisco or New York City office.
